Warranty
Mabotech Labs guarantees that the delivered calibration file meets the ECU and/or TCU specifications agreed upon at the time of order.
If a new OTS update becomes available for your specific ECU or TCU, it will be provided at no additional cost. Custom calibrations or revisions may require a revisit fee depending on the scope of the changes. Performance numbers are estimates based on previous results, your final output may be tied to dyno reading, conditions, fuel quality, setup’s health, etc.
Please note that this warranty applies only to the tune file itself.
Vehicle tuning inherently involves variables that are beyond any calibrator’s control, including, but not limited to, fuel quality, ambient conditions, sensor accuracy, prior modifications, and general vehicle health. Because of these factors, Mabotech Labs cannot and does not assume responsibility for any mechanical, electrical, or emissions-related issues that may arise during or after the tuning process.
Our files are thoroughly developed and validated under real-world conditions, and our track record reflects the reliability and safety of our approach. However, by purchasing and installing any calibration file, the user acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for how the vehicle is used, maintained, and operated. Proper maintenance, monitoring, and mechanical readiness are essential to achieving the performance and reliability results we stand behind.
Refund Policy
All tuning files and digital calibration services are non-refundable once the tuning process, file delivery, or technical support has begun. Each calibration is a custom digital product tailored to the customer’s specific vehicle and configuration.
If an order is cancelled before any work starts, a refund may be offered at Mabotech’s discretion. Refunds will not be issued for performance-related dissatisfaction, unrealistic expectations, undeclared hardware, poor mechanical condition, or deviation from the provided vehicle specifications. While we cannot guarantee specific times or numbers, every calibration is engineered to achieve the best and safest results possible for your setup.
Minor revisions within the same stage and configuration may be complimentary. Hardware, fuel-type, or setup changes require a new order.
Once tuning services have been provided, no refunds will be granted under any circumstance. If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed after services have been rendered, Mabotech Labs will defend its position fully through the payment processor and, if necessary, through legal channels.
Our goal is always to maintain a positive and fair relationship with our clients. We understand that unexpected issues can arise, and when approached respectfully, we often go beyond our policy boundaries to offer assistance, whether that’s additional support, revisions, or partial refunds when justified.
However, if a client chooses to use social media, forums, or public platforms to make threats or damage Mabotech’s reputation, any goodwill or discretionary support will be withdrawn immediately. In such cases, all resolutions will be handled strictly within the limits of our formal business policies, and service may be discontinued without further consideration.

Mabotech Labs is built on precision, integrity, and results. Every calibration and product we provide is developed and tested to meet our own performance and reliability standards, trusted by enthusiasts, proven under pressure.
Due to the nature of tuning and vehicle modification, countless variables exist beyond our control. Our responsibility ends with delivering a properly developed and functional calibration file. The responsibility for how that file is used, installed, and maintained lies entirely with the customer.
By purchasing this service, you confirm ownership or authorization to modify the vehicle being tuned. Your vehicle must be mechanically ready for calibration. Faulty sensors, weak fuel systems, poor wiring, or neglected maintenance may invalidate support or lead to suboptimal results.
You also acknowledge that tuning may alter emissions behavior and that it is your responsibility to comply with local laws and regulations.
Our policies are clear and firm to protect both sides. We operate with professionalism, and we expect the same in return. While we often extend support or flexibility beyond policy as a gesture of goodwill, these exceptions are voluntary and not guaranteed.
By using our services or placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms, including all associated risks and responsibilities that come with modifying your vehicle.
Support & Updates
We provide assistance during setup, datalogging, and review.
Map adjustments within the same configuration are complimentary until the tune is considered finished.
Significant hardware or fuel changes require recalibration under a new revisit order.
