Shipping Policy

All shipping conditions are described by the shipping provider selected when the purchase is made.

We may refer you to a dealer in your Country or area if deemed necessary.

Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact your delivery time. We are not responsible for any issue related to shipping difficulties or problems. It is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate with the delivery company.

International packages will be insured at full invoice value, customers are responsible for paying all import duties associated with the package. Mabotech will not provide a lowered stated package values.

All Products are shipped F.O.B. (“free on board”) place of shipment. This means that we are not responsible for Products once we have provided them to the delivery service that will be delivering your Product(s) to you. We take great care in packing, labeling, and handing of our Products to make sure the delivery company is provided with the right Product(s) for the right orders in the condition advertised.

If something goes wrong with your order from shipment, please contact us and let us know. We’ll determine what steps need to be taken by us or we’ll give you guidance to help you place a claim with the delivery company.

Duties and Importation Charges
You are responsible for paying any import duties or charges that may apply to any Products you purchase on the Website. Mabotech does not assume any responsibility for import duties or charges related to any Products.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders
Any refused or undeliverable order will be processed according to the terms that would apply to that product if a return were requested. All shipping costs, including return freight charges and return-to-sender fees, will be assessed against any refund as well as restocking fees. Any customs clearance charges will also be assessed and deducted from any refund.
